Dear Mr. Tomasso,
I would like to thank you and your wonderful staff for the unbelievable kindness and consideration that has been to shown to me since I came to your company a year ago. Last December, my beloved brother passed away unexpectedly. This created a temporary financial problem for me. When I desperately needed heating oil, you graciously helped me; taking a risk on someone you only knew for the past year. It takes someone with a great heart to be so understanding and to have taken a risk like that. I am so happy that I switched over to Tomasso Brothers. Everyone has been so wonderful to deal with. It's like dealing with family. Adrianna and the other ladies in the office are so pleasant and easy to deal with. Francis M did the yearly maintenance last year and he was an angel; so pleasant, friendly and professional. Please know that I sing the praises of Tomasso Brothers to anyone who will listen.
